The old emu brewery site in Perth CBD has been going under a $1 billion transformation and the Woodside employees will enjoy being housed in their new 32 level office tower featuring 54,000 square meters of premium grade office space, a 400 seat auditorium, rooftop terrace, shared barbecue space, swimming pool deck and end of trip facilities for all the early morning fitness lovers.
Tower One consists of 32 levels of premium grade office space and an NLA of 54,000m2. The tower includes one basement level, a mid-level plant room, five floors classified as a Remote Operations Centre, and two floors for use as kitchen and dining facilities.
Once completed, the building will become the new Perth headquarters for Woodside Energy Limited.
Scope of works:
- 1.8 Km of 19mm Frameless and curved glass balustrade to the Podium Levels, swimming pools and stairwells
- Stainless Steel and Galvanised Metal works to 16 Stairs, including the “Grand Stair Case” from Mounts Bay Road
