The development consisted of 73 residential apartments housed in seven buildings, which include 2 and 4 storey apartment blocks and basements.
KOHL was contracted to provide a glass balustrade system suitable for the terrain 2 wind region D conditions of the Pilbara project . Further to this KOHL implemented a fence system throughout the site which provided a sense of openness to the ocean and park surroundings whilst maintaining a secure area to live.
